Job Description:

This ICU travel nursing assignment puts you in the heart of a high-acuity cardiac and thoracic ICU, caring for patients recovering from complex surgeries like IABP, CABG, and lung transplants. You'll be responsible for managing a variety of critical conditions, performing bedside procedures such as bronchs, swans, and epidurals, and maintaining sterile techniques during procedures. The role involves floating to other ICUs and telemetry units as needed, ensuring coverage across the hospital's intensive care units. Candidates should have recent ICU experience, preferably in CVICU, with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and CCRN preferred. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment where technical skill and attention to detail are essential.
