Job Description:

This Neonatal Intensive Care RN role at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to work with fragile neonates in a specialized 32-bed unit. During 12-hour night shifts, you'll care for neonates with a patient ratio of 3:1, utilizing Cerner electronic medical records and advanced neonatal equipment. The assignment challenges you to apply your expertise in neonatal care while adapting to a fast-paced environment that demands precision and compassion. With a guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract, this position is perfect for dedicated RNs eager to make a meaningful impact in neonatal health.
