Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the West 4 Acute Care of Elderly ACE unit, where you'll provide essential nursing support in a 36-bed facility. This 12-hour night shift (7 PM to 7 AM) offers a unique chance to work overnight hours in a setting focused on caring for elderly patients with complex needs. You'll utilize your experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units, ensuring quality care through charting in EPIC and coordinating closely with the healthcare team. The assignment runs for 16 weeks, with schedules that include one weekend shift per week or two every other weekend, plus at least one holiday. Flexibility is appreciated to meet the facility's needs, and candidates should reside more than 50 miles away from Rochester.
