Job Description:

Join a team of dedicated Physical Therapists providing care to approximately 12 patients daily in an acute inpatient setting. This role involves hands-on therapy focused on medical and orthopedic conditions such as TKA, THA, spinal surgeries, and various general orthopedic and cardiovascular cases. You'll work primarily during standard daytime hours with some variation, getting a real feel for the diverse cases encountered in a busy hospital environment. Expect to collaborate closely with fellow staff and utilize your acute inpatient PT experience to help patients regain function and mobility in a multidisciplinary team. The setting offers opportunities to sharpen your skills across different hospital departments, making each day both challenging and rewarding.

Job Specifics:

Location: Bakersfield, California
Shift: 8-hour days, primarily 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional 10:00 am - 6:30 pm shifts
Duration: 13 weeks, full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
