Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel contract working in a versatile setting that may include outpatient, inpatient, and rehab areas. You'll be part of a specialized team providing therapy services across various patient populations, from ortho and neuro to trauma and stroke. Your day will involve treating up to 9 outpatients or 13 inpatients with a focus on implementing targeted therapy plans in collaboration with rehab aides and clinicians. The role requires paddling through the complexities of Cerner Powerchart EMR and adapting to fluctuating shifts that could range from Wednesday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday. This assignment offers the chance to sharpen your skills in a clinical environment that values experience, especially in trauma and inpatient settings, with a brief 1.5-day orientation specific to the department. Whether you’re involved in bedside swallow studies or neuro assessments, your expertise will make a difference, all while wearing a maroon polo, dark pants, and optionally, a lab coat.
