Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this contract role will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care across multiple inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, and ICU settings. This position involves floating to different units to support staffing needs, requiring adaptability and a solid foundation in trauma care. The RN will perform assessments, develop and modify care plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
