Job Description:

Join this exciting travel nursing opportunity in Ruidoso, New Mexico, where you'll be working night shifts in a 19-bed facility that includes a dedicated ICU and medical/surgical units. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans while collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare team members. You'll be responsible for administering medications, initiating protocols, and supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and assistive personnel. Your work will focus on providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a setting that celebrates flexibility—floating between departments and locations within a 20-mile radius. Be prepared for a test in Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia, which is essential before starting, and experience a routine that keeps you engaged and making a difference.
