Job Description:

Join a friendly rural hospital in Pratt, Kansas, as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to work in a welcoming setting where you'll manage a variety of cases including orthopedic surgeries like total hips and knees, as well as general surgery. You'll be jumping into a 3/12 night shift schedule, providing critical care during evening hours. Your responsibilities include starting IVs, operating telemeters, and serving as a charge nurse. Preferred certifications include ACLS, with BCLS required, and previous experience with orthopedic procedures or rural health settings is a plus. KS state or compact license is necessary, along with at least two years of professional experience.
