Job Description:

Join a skilled team at a renowned psychiatric inpatient unit in the Bronx as a Nurse Manager. This role involves overseeing a 27-bed adult acute inpatient psychiatric unit, where you'll manage care for patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dual diagnoses involving substance abuse, autism spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. You will lead a multidisciplinary team using evidence-based practices, coordinate staffing based on acuity, and support a safe and effective environment for both patients and staff.
