Job Description:

This critical care nursing role in Prescott, AZ offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU setting that handles a diverse range of complex cases, including COVID-19, cardiac surgical patients, and post-surgical recoveries. You'll be responsible for providing advanced patient monitoring, interpreting ABGs, and managing titratable critical care drips such as pressors and sedation. The position involves manual proning for COVID patients, troubleshooting ventilators, and working with sophisticated equipment like GlideScopes and telemonitors. This assignment is suited for experienced ICU nurses comfortable working across all ICU areas and taking on a variety of skills from EVD management to Impella device monitoring. Expect to take part in rapid response and code blue situations, with a focus on delivering top-tier care in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
