Job Description:

Join us as a registered nurse in our Medical ICU, where you'll focus on managing critically ill patients with conditions like sepsis, respiratory failure, stroke, and MI. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing an opportunity to develop your skills in titrating drips—including vasopressors and sedation agents—while collaborating closely with hospitalist and intensivist teams available 24/7. It’s a fast-paced environment that values competence and confidence, with each shift supported by experienced charge nurses and no nurse aides on the floor. Whether troubleshooting ventilators or adjusting monitors from the drawing-based system, you'll be at the heart of patient stabilization efforts, often preparing patients for transfer to higher-tier facilities. This contract demands proactive, experienced ICU nurses ready to deliver excellence during every night.
