Job Description:

Join a vibrant inpatient Neuro Med Surg unit in Omaha, where you'll be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, providing care to a diverse patient population with a variety of neurological and medical conditions. This role requires you to navigate an active environment characterized by frequent discharges and admissions, keeping you engaged and on your toes. You'll work with a supportive team of nurse aides and telemetry techs, managing patient needs ranging from joint replacements and fractures to post-neurosurgery recovery, all while adhering to unit-specific protocols. The focus is on responsive hourly rounding and delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients of various backgrounds.
