Job Description:

This contract opportunity is with a busy hospital laboratory in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in hematology and blood bank testing. As a Med Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be working evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, performing complex blood analyses in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include running diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and managing challenging samples such as turbid specimens and abnormal cells. Previous experience with Sysmex and CellaVision systems and familiarity with neonatal unit workflows are highly valued. This role offers a chance to apply your technical expertise in a large hospital setting, where efficiency and accuracy are essential, especially in handling diverse and complex specimens.
