This critical care contract in Montgomery, Alabama, offers you the opportunity to work in a specialized unit caring for acutely ill patients with complex medical needs such as post-cardiac surgery, respiratory failure, sepsis, and neurological conditions. You'll be managing ventilators, arterial lines, hemodynamic monitoring, and titratable drips, providing vital support to patients during their most challenging moments. The role is structured on 12-hour shifts within a six-week rotation, allowing ample time for skill use and professional growth.
