Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team at a well-equipped hospital in Shelby, North Carolina, where you'll care for adult patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, DKA, substance abuse, flu, COVID, pneumonia, CHF, stroke, and GI bleed. This role involves managing ventilators, central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring, all within a unit that maintains an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2. Expect to collaborate closely with charge nurses, support staff, and specialists through advanced systems like EPIC and Philips monitors. The shift is 12 hours, either day or night, every other weekend, with rotating holidays and flexible time off.
