Job Description:

Join a busy Medical-Surgical unit as a Registered Nurse on 12-hour night shifts, where you'll experience a mix of patient observation, respiratory management, and general medical-surgical care. This role involves working during overnight hours with a shift structure of three 12-hour nights per week, providing a unique chance to develop strong night-shift skills while supporting patients through palliative, end-of-life, and psychiatric observations. You'll be part of a team that values independent judgment and adaptability, with responsibilities including monitoring respiratory conditions, managing diabetic patients, and passing an EKG exam as part of onboarding. The workflow emphasizes precision, coordination, and the ability to handle a diverse patient population, making this assignment both challenging and rewarding.
