Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical RN specializing in Urology/Nephrology, working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be responsible for managing complex genitourinary and renal cases, including pre/post-hemodialysis care, renal failure management, and utilizing telemetry for remote cardiac monitoring. This assignment offers a chance to float between medical-surgical units within a busy Level I trauma center, adding variety to your role. Expect to handle IV therapies, blood product administration, and work with emergency response teams, all while ensuring safety standards with isolation precautions and wound care. It's a rewarding opportunity for RN professionals with at least 2 years of experience who are eager to demonstrate their solid clinical foundation in a fast-paced environment.
