Job Description:

Join a specialized medical-surgical stepdown unit focused on stroke and neurologic patient care in Utica, NY. This role involves working the night shift (12-hour nights) in a 64-bed unit that manages complex cases such as stroke, altered mental status, renal issues, COPD, CHF, and pulmonary conditions. As a traveler, you will navigate a variety of advanced equipment including IV pumps, feeding tubes, and N/G tubes, providing essential support to adult patients. Expect to be immersed in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and adaptability are key, as floating between units is required.
