Join a focused team caring for adult patients in a unit that blends MedSurg and Stepdown responsibilities, where your telemetry expertise will truly shine. You'll be managing a variety of diagnoses such as heart failure, sickle cell, and other complex conditions, often titrating drips at set rates. This 12-hour night shift offers a steady rhythm, giving you the chance to apply your minimum of two years of PCU experience in a rewarding setting that values your skills. The unit features a dedicated team of nurse aides and monitors patient status on advanced Space Lab monitors, so attention to detail is key. Expect a fast-paced environment where your clinical skills and ability to adapt are essential as you support patients through their recovery journey.
