Job Description:

This travel RN position is based on the Detox unit at Hillside Hospital in Pulaski, TN, a 13-bed facility serving adult and geriatric patients with substance abuse issues. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing care to patients experiencing alcohol withdrawal, substance detoxification, and related behavioral conditions. The role involves administering medications such as valium tapers, Vivitrol, and banana bags, as well as assisting with bedside procedures like IV access. Expect to conduct bedside shift reports, monitor patient progress, and support a team committed to compassionate care. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes respecting standards and improving processes, all while handling a diverse patient population with varied needs.
