Job Description:

Join this outpatient rehabilitation assignment where you'll provide physical therapy services to patients in a flexible environment that includes outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, and occasionally floating to different units. Your focus will be on neuro and orthopedic treatments, assisting with assistive devices, body mechanics, and pain management assessments. Expect to assess patients, develop and implement discharge plans, and document evaluations and progress towards long-term goals. The role offers a chance to experience varied patient care settings and work with a dedicated team that values your expertise.
