Job Description:

Join a 13-week CVOR Tech contract in Newark, New Jersey, where you'll be at the heart of the surgical suite, supporting cardiovascular procedures that include valve replacements, coronary artery bypass grafting, TAVR, dissection repairs, and VATs. You’ll work 10-hour shift days, primarily from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM three days a week, with additional on-call responsibilities to keep the rhythm going. This role offers the chance to refine your expertise in heart and lung transplant cases, with the added bonus of floating to the main OR when volume dips — ensuring your skills stay sharp and versatile. Scrub experience and proficiency in complex vascular and hybrid procedures are essential, making this a prime opportunity for seasoned surgical tech professionals eager to dive into high-level cardiac surgery environments. Expect to use Epic for charting and support a variety of cases across general, laparoscopic, robotic, pediatric, orthopedic, and neuro surgeries, making each day a new challenge.
