Job Description:

Join us as a PCU Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, where you'll be working on a 32-bed cardio-pulmonary unit specializing in pulmonary and cardiac care. This contract offers a unique chance to engage in a role that combines the fast pace of 12-hour night shifts with the opportunity to float across different levels of care, including Med-Surg and ICU, depending on operational needs. As part of this assignment, you'll provide essential patient support, collaborate with teaching staff, and potentially precept students, all while navigating complex patient populations such as those with COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, post-transplant care, and trauma requiring ventilator support. Your expertise will help ensure comprehensive care for patients with diverse cardiac and pulmonary conditions in a dynamic hospital environment.
