Job Description:

Join our ICU Critical Care Float Pool for weekend night shifts, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role offers the opportunity to float across multiple ICU units—such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU—based on staffing needs and patient acuity. Nurses will gain diverse experience across specialized critical care areas, providing vital support where it’s needed most. The position requires adaptability, a minimum of two years of ICU experience, and proficiency with EPIC. Your skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
