Job Description:

This contract opportunity is for experienced ED nurses ready to work nights on a 12-hour shift schedule. The role involves floating between Emergency Department and Med/Surg units at a rural critical access hospital, providing a diverse and hands-on nursing experience. Expect to navigate Meditech electronic medical records and wear any appropriate scrubs. The facility values flexibility, so nurses should be comfortable working every 3rd weekend and adapting quickly across departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of specialized experience, hold an active Minnesota Nursing license (or a rapid-approach application), and possess ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. This assignment offers a chance to broaden clinical skills in a close-knit community setting with a welcoming, supportive team.
