Job Description:

Join a specialized outpatient infusion and oncology unit at a facility located in Oak Lawn, IL. In this role, you will administer chemotherapy agents, perform peripheral IV insertions, and manage port access such as Port-a-Cath and PICC lines. The environment offers a hands-on experience with adult oncology patients, including long-term IV antibiotic therapy, blood and platelet infusions, and injections. You'll work closely with a supportive team, including clinic leaders and oncologists stationed onsite, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery. The setting combines clinical precision with a touch of ongoing learning, making each day a meaningful contribution to patient care without the direct responsibility of patient care but focused on infusion and administration procedures.

Job Specifics:

Location: Oak Lawn, IL
Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 0800-1630 (clinic closes at 1530, with potential for stays later for infusions)
