Job Description:

Join us as a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse, specializing in Neuro/Surgical Telemetry care on a night shift schedule. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized unit that monitors neurological and surgical patients, keeping your skills sharp and your work meaningful. Your nights will typically run from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, and you may be asked to float between MS/Tele units or to a lower-acuity ICU when needed. No on-call duties, but being adaptable to weekend shifts and holiday coverage, including Memorial Day, is required. Bring your AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, along with your TN or compact license, to set the foundation for a successful assignment. Epic experience within the last 12 months is essential, and previous travel experience is a plus.
