Job Description:

Join a specialized team on a PCU acute progressive unit where you'll manage heavy trauma and GI post-operative patients during night shifts. This role offers the chance to work with Level 1 and Level 2 trauma cases, requiring expertise in abdominal surgeries, trachs, Foley catheters, surgical drains, wound vacs, ports, PICCs, TPN, and lipids. You’ll be the key player in caring for complex patients, ensuring their stability and recovery in a demanding but rewarding environment. This assignment is perfect for experienced trauma nurses ready to take on a challenging case load and make a meaningful impact during night shifts.

Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Shift: Night 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
