Job Description:

Join a hospital-based radiation therapy team in Albany, NY, where you'll play a vital role in administering ionizing radiation and radioactive substances to patients. This role involves operating high-voltage machinery like the Varian Truebeam and Varian 21ix, ensuring precise treatment delivery under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. You'll be responsible for accurately interpreting computerized treatment plans, entering and maintaining patient treatment parameters in the electronic medical record, and monitoring patients closely for reactions—behaving as the vigilant professional your role demands.
