Job Description:

Join a fast-paced cardiovascular stepdown unit in Atlanta, Georgia, where you'll be caring for a variety of low acuity critical care patients awaiting transfer to specialized heart and vascular ICUs. This 13-week assignment offers 12-hour night shifts, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your assessment and critical thinking skills within a dynamic team environment. You'll work with patients requiring monitoring of arterial lines, PA catheters, LVADs, and drips, but without ventilators or major mechanical circulatory support devices. This role is perfect for experienced cardiovascular nurses looking to expand their expertise while enjoying the welcoming city surroundings.
