Job Description:

This contract role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to a specific group of patients during overnight shifts. The focus is on applying established standards of care and the nursing process to ensure patient needs are met effectively. As a Float Pool nurse in this department, you'll supervise and guide various levels of nursing staff and coordinate with other healthcare disciplines to maintain seamless care delivery. The night shift allows for a quieter, more focused environment where critical thinking and professional judgment are key to managing patient needs during these hours.
