Job Description:

This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work as an Interventional Radiology Technician in a busy hospital setting with a focus on neuro IR, vascular surgery, and body imaging procedures. You will be responsible for monitoring sedated patients, starting IVs, administering sedation medications, and managing specialized equipment such as EKOS catheters and EVD/ICP monitoring devices. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where precision and quick thinking are essential. The position combines hands-on technical procedures with collaborative team efforts on a 10-hour daytime shift, working every fifth weekend, with call responsibilities once a week. Experience in neuro IR is highly valued, and recent EPIC system proficiency is required. This assignment provides a unique chance to deepen your expertise in interventional radiology procedures within a prominent teaching hospital.
