Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel nursing opportunity at a respected facility in Shelby, North Carolina, where you'll work primarily in a 24-bed Med/Surg/Tele unit. This role involves managing patients with a variety of diagnoses including cardiac, respiratory, and neuro conditions, in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. As part of this assignment, you'll interpret cardiac rhythms, administer non-titrating cardiac drips such as Cardizem and Amiodarone, and handle general medical/surgical tasks like IV insertions, wound care, and managing tubes and drains. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, including charge nurses, phlebotomists, RTs, and hospitalists, all supporting a comprehensive patient care experience. This unique setting offers the chance to broaden your clinical skills while working eight-hour shifts, with opportunities for float coverage across multiple regional facilities.
