Job Description:

This MedSurg/Tele RN role places you in a hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Designation and a Chest Pain Center, providing diverse post-op and acute care for patients recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and bariatric procedures. You will manage cardiac drips, insulin, chest tubes, wound vacs, trachs, and PCA pumps, often working with patients who have diabetes, hypertension, or infections. Your responsibilities include assessing complex patients, managing IVs and central lines, interpreting telemetry, and coordinating discharge planning. The shift is overnight, 12 hours, on a busy unit where teamwork and clinical proficiency are key.
