Job Description:

Join a busy Level 1 Trauma hospital in Macon, Georgia, where you'll provide critical Med-Surg and Telemetry care to post/Pre-cardiac patients and step-down ICU patients. This role involves managing conditions such as CHF, COPD, STEMI, NSTEMI, and sepsis, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-6. You'll be responsible for advanced clinical assessments, IV care, cardiac monitoring, wound care, and discharge planning. The position offers a mix of technical challenges and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment, perfect for nurses eager to apply their skills in a supportive setting with a team-oriented culture.
