Job Description:

This RN position at Mercy Hospital South offers a chance to work on the 3 West General Surgery unit specializing in Med Surg, Oncology, and Neuro Surgical recovery. You'll be providing direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, helping patients recover from surgeries and medical procedures. The role involves monitoring post-operative patients, managing IV pumps, wound vacs, and other equipment, all while collaborating with a dedicated team. Unique to this assignment is the nocturnal rhythm and the opportunity to have every other weekend off—perfect for those who enjoy working nights and appreciating the quiet hours. Expect to use your clinical skills in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
