Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment calls for an experienced surgical circulating RN to step into an orthopedic-rich environment that feels almost like an adventure in a well-oiled theater of operations. You'll be handling a variety of procedures primarily centered on total joints, arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand surgeries, ORIF, with some cases involving ENT, GYN, and plastics. The role involves circulating during surgeries using advanced equipment like the MAKO robotic system—think of yourself as the coordinator ensuring each procedure runs smoothly from start to finish. If you've got 3 to 4 years of recent circulator experience, especially with robotics such as MAKO, and hold active BLS and ACLS certifications, you'll fit right in. Expect to work 10-hour days over a 13-week contract, with a mix of weekday shifts, including late hours, and occasional weekend call shifts. Living close to Rapid City, SD, means your commute stays short and stress-free, while your work supports a busy surgical suite with around 30-50 cases daily.
