Job Description:

This contract role for a registered nurse involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Expect to spend your nights coordinating care for a diverse adult patient population, reviewing diagnostics, and educating patients and families through every shift.
