Job Description:

Step down Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week travel contract in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves providing dedicated support on night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) with a 12-hour shift structure. The Nurse will be responsible for managing a targeted patient ratio of 1:4, with the possibility of floating to other units at the facility's discretion, including several campus locations. The ideal candidate must have EPIC experience, stable chronic ventilator management skills, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH. Experience with IV starts and prior travel nursing is preferred. This assignment offers an opportunity to work in a facility where adaptability and technical proficiency are valued, and you'll have the chance to experience a variety of clinical scenarios in a fast-paced environment. The contract requires a weekly commitment of 36 hours and includes opportunities for overtime after 48 hours of work during extended shifts.
