Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses on a 13-week contract in Tyler, Texas. This role offers 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. You'll be working in a 19-room unit that specializes in a mix of care needs, from young adults to geriatrics, providing essential support to a broad patient population. The unit has telemetry capabilities, and your responsibilities will include charting with Epic software, managing patient care with a patient ratio of 1:6, and maintaining certifications in NIHSS and BLS. Expect to work half of your scheduled shifts on weekends, creating a balanced workweek in a welcoming environment that appreciates your experience and skills.
