Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a busy Emergency Department that handles a diverse patient population, from neonates to Geriatric patients, often managing high-acuity trauma cases including stab wounds, GSWs, MVCs, drownings, and falls. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care during 12-hour rotating shifts, contributing to rapid patient assessments, prioritization of care, and evidence collection in sexual assault cases. Your day-to-day involves managing a variety of emergency situations within a Level 2 trauma center that is also a complete stroke center. The role offers a chance to apply your critical thinking skills and experience in a fast-paced environment that requires coordination with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, radiology, pharmacy, and security.
