Job Description:

Join the team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a 37-bed unit located in Battle Creek, Michigan. This contract position offers 12-hour day shifts, with the opportunity to work 36 to 48 hours per week. You will be floating to various Med Surg units, caring for a diverse patient population including gastrointestinal, urological, gynecological, orthopedic, neurovascular, and cardiovascular cases. This role provides a hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment, where your skills in managing general medical and surgical patients will be vital. Expect to collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and techs, adapting to different team dynamics while providing exceptional care across multiple specialties. Your expertise will help ensure patients receive attentive, efficient treatment in a setting that values flexibility and teamwork.
