Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in a 12-hour night shift in the ICU, where you will play a vital role in caring for critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, stroke, and MI. This assignment offers the opportunity to work with advanced respiratory therapy equipment like vents, bipaps, and high-flow systems, while titrating drips such as vasopressors and sedatives. Your expertise will help stabilize patients before they are transferred to specialized facilities. You'll work alongside intensivists 24/7 and a hospitalist team, with shared responsibility for patient management. Anticipate engaging in a fast-paced environment that values both your clinical skills and your ability to adapt quickly, all while enjoying the quieter night hours in a welcoming community setting.
