Job Description:

Join a respected medical surgical unit at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee, where you'll be part of a dedicated team providing adult and geriatric care within a 12-bed unit. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, giving you the chance to experience the quieter, more reflective hours of healthcare work while delivering essential patient support. As an RN with at least two years of Med/Surg experience, you'll utilize your skills to navigate diverse diagnoses and treatments in a facility that values professionalism and adaptability. This assignment offers an engaging environment where day-to-day responsibilities combine technical expertise with a focus on patient well-being, all within a supportive, collaborative setting.
