Job Description:

This travel contract offers a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced Pediatric Intensive Care setting where you'll be entrusted with supervising and supporting critical care nursing staff. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, floating between NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical-surgical units as needed, ensuring that each unit runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve overseeing patient care activities, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. The assignment is designed to challenge your flexibility and leadership skills within a vibrant hospital environment, all while enjoying the chance to explore a dynamic city with diverse cultural and recreational offerings.
