Job Description:

Join a reputable medical-surgical unit in Birmingham, Alabama, for a 13-week travel assignment as an RN specializing in Med Surg and Acute Care. This role involves delivering post-operative assessments, managing pain, and caring for wounds and drains, all while working 12-hour night shifts on a rotation every other weekend. You'll be working in a 42-bed facility equipped with Alaris infusion pumps, Omnicell medication cabinets, and utilizing EPIC electronic medical records. Your skills will be essential in providing efficient care to post-op surgery patients and medical overflow cases. Occasionally, you'll float to similar units within the scope, including other local facilities within a 25-mile radius.
