Job Description:

Join our team working in the outpatient transplant services unit in Dallas, Texas, where you'll handle data collection and manage electronic medical records using Meditech, TransChart, and PatientKeeper. This role involves desk work with handling complex patient data, supporting patients through various stages of transplant journeys—from pre-transplant assessments to post-operative follow-up. Candidates should be adaptable, ready to assist with different patient needs, and comfortable with a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment that requires proficiency in computer systems. While transplant experience isn't mandatory, familiarity with UNOS and OPO processes is a plus. You’ll spend your days collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring smooth operations and supporting patient workflows in a setting that values compassion and accuracy.
