Job Description:

This role is perfect for an experienced nursing professional ready to take on a hands-on position in a busy hospital setting. You will assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, reviewing their history, diagnostics, and lab data to develop and implement individualized care plans. You’ll delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff, supervise the delivery of care, and adapt plans based on patient progress. Accurate charting and documentation are key, as well as participating in quality improvement activities and professional development.
