Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a hospital setting as a Respiratory Therapist, where you'll be part of a 42-bed Medical Respiratory Unit specializing in caring for patients with acute and chronic lung conditions. Your role involves providing nuanced respiratory treatments for conditions such as pneumonia, COPD, and shortness of breath, along with managing general medical cases including GI issues, diabetes, and some stroke or surgical patients. You will operate on a 12-hour day shift schedule, working every other weekend, with the flexibility to float to other units or hospitals as needed. This assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team through daily rounds and contribute to patient recovery and comfort. The work environment combines clinical expertise with a touch of teamwork magic, making every shift impactful and engaging.
