Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel contract as a registered nurse working primarily during night shifts in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive patient and family-centered care, focusing on safety, comfort, and satisfaction. You'll also oversee a team of licensed and non-licensed staff, coordinating care plans and ensuring efficient unit operations. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply evidence-based practices while mentoring team members, all while experiencing the vibrant culture of Louisville and the surrounding areas. This position combines clinical expertise with leadership, making each night shift both challenging and rewarding.
